What Kind of Coverage Do You Need?
Wedding planning is always hectic but it doesn’t always have to be expensive. Prices between different photographers always differ based on experience and coverage type. Determining the type of coverage you need can save you money. While other competitors quote for hours covered, we have made it easier to meet your expectations by breaking our services down to coverage tiers. Ideally events should follow a strict start and end times, but we understand that this is not always the reality. Our prices are based on coverage tiers so you know exactly what you are paying for and what is covered. All our discount packages include 2 photographers because we know how important your special day is, we don’t take chances. Engagement / Prenuptials – Couple photos taken on a separate occasion than the wedding event. These photos are used to commemorate the engagement and used for announcement cards or social media. The session is about 4 hours minimum. Prices depend on production scale.

- Videography $300 (add on price) or $500 (for video only) edited as a Highlight Film.

Pre-Ceremony / Getting Ready – Documentation of the bride and/or groom getting ready before the ceremony. This includes artistic shots of the bridal dress and jewelry. If there is enough time, this is also the optimal time to take some “formals” with family and the wedding entourage before the ceremony commences.

Ceremony Coverage – Documentation of the ceremony itself, the BIG EVENT! Since none of these shots are posed, it is highly recommended to have a second shooter to cover multiple angles and for backup. After the ceremony is also a good time to take “formals” with family and wedding entourage if time allows.

Reception – Documentation coverage of the celebrations after the ceremony. This is typically shot in the evening so it is important to hire professional photographers for these events as the lighting can be challenging especially with the DJs lights casting colors on peoples faces. We have developed lighting techniques that will keep the mood of the venue while making sure you are lit and also reducing motion blur often associated with low light photography.

Covers videography for Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony, and Reception. Two cinematographers. 3-4 minute edited Highlight Film (on 2 DVDs) and a separate 10-30 sec edited “Thank You” clip that you can send out to your guests to show them your thanks and love.

What You Get In a Coverage Session:
We take all our images as RAW files to give you the best quality. These files will be processed and curated within 3-4 weeks and delivered to you as high res jpeg files via a Google Drive link and on a flash drive. Typically on a full day we would end up with curated 300-500 files or more. For now, prints are currently unavailable, however the photo files we give you are high res files so it can be printed anywhere.
Video shot will be edited into a 3-4 minute “Highlight” film with Premium Color Grading, cut to music and delivered to you as 2 DVDs. The “Event Video Only Package” also includes a 10-30 second “Thank You” clip to share with your guests.

- RAW Photo Files – $200 (recommended if you plan on editing images yourself)
- RAW Footage Video Files – $200 (recommended if you plan on editing video yourself)
- Guest Interview Videos – $200 (we can add this to your highlight film)
- Extended Video Cut – $40 per minute added to the highlight film (Guest Interviews not counted)
- Photo Albums – currently unavailable, however the photo files we give you are high res files so it can be printed anywhere

Innovated Captures has a distinctive “commercial-like” look because we started as a production studio for commercial stock images and commissioned promo ads. Over the years we have been approached by clients to shoot headshots, engagements and etc in our “commercial” looking style. This experience sets our images apart in that on top of the usual documentary style images, we specialize in artistic shots that look like a magazine ad.
